This is especially important in the elderly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince the treatment of diarrhoea with Tanagel is only symptomatic, it should be treated with regard to its cause whenever possible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor the duration of treatment, it is important to drink plenty of water and other fluids.
