Do not use more than one medicine containing paracetamol without consulting a doctor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Chronic alcoholics should be careful not to take more than 2 g\/in 24 hours of paracetamol.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Patients with kidney, liver, heart or lung disease and patients with anaemia (decrease in haemoglobin level in the blood, whether or not caused by a decrease in red blood cells) should not take paracetamol.Patients with anaemia (decreased haemoglobin level in the blood, whether or not caused by a decrease in red blood cells), or patients suffering from chronic malnutrition or dehydration should consult a doctor before taking this medicine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- When being treated with a medicine to treat epilepsy, a doctor should be consulted before taking this medicine, because when used at the same time, the efficacy is decreased and the hepatotoxicity of paracetamol is enhanced, especially in treatments with high doses of paracetamol.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Asthmatic patients sensitive to acetylsalicylic acid should consult a doctor before taking this medicine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eSide effects\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs with all medicines, \u003cstrong\u003eAntidol may cause side effects\u003c\/strong\u003e, but this does not mean that all people will experience side effects.
