In this case, the following have been observed:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e- Immune system disorders: hypersensitivity and anaphylactic reaction including symptoms such as asthma, rash, urticaria, oedema, pruritus and cardio-respiratory distress.\u003cbr\u003e- Psychiatric disorders: visual hallucinations and confusion. These effects are much more pronounced with overdose (see section If you take more Cinfatós than you should).\u003cbr\u003e- Nervous system disorders: drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, involuntary muscle contractions and more rarely mental confusion and headache.\u003cbr\u003e- Ear and labyrinth disorders: vertigo.\u003cbr\u003e- Gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal discomfort such as stomach pain and constipation.\u003cbr\u003e- Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: rash, urticaria, pruritus, erythema and allergic dermatitis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe active substance of \u003cstrong\u003eCinfatos orodispersible tablets 15 mg\u003c\/strong\u003e is dextromethorphan hydrobromide.
