This occurs when ejaculation always or almost always occurs within the first minute of sexual intercourse, causing a negative emotional impact.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFortacin \u003c\/strong\u003eworks by reducing the sensitivity of the head of the penis to prolong the time to ejaculation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eWho it is for\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFormulated for use in adults over 18 years of age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow to use\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe recommended dose of \u003cstrong\u003eFortacin \u003c\/strong\u003eis 3 sprays (3 sprays = 1 dose) on the head of the penis, at least 5 minutes before sexual intercourse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA maximum of 3 doses can be administered within 24 hours with an interval of at least 4 hours between doses. Direct the container away from the face to avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth and ears. Before each subsequent dose, briefly shake the spray container and then reload the pumping mechanism by spraying the valve once into the air.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRetract the foreskin from the head of the penis. Holding the can vertically (valve up), apply 1 dose (3 sprays) of \u003cstrong\u003eFortacin \u003c\/strong\u003eto the entire head of the penis, covering one third of the penis with each spray.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWait 5 minutes, then wipe off any excess spray before intercourse.
