The ABENA Fix cotton panty liner comfortably and securely holds ABENA sanitary towels and shaped pads (Light, San, etc.). Their soft, breathable and stretchy fabric moulds to the body without feeling tight, improving comfort and reducing the risk of leaks compared to conventional underwear. They are washable and reusable, making them very economical. They are colour-coded by size for quick identification. Size XXL. CE and OEKO-TEX certified.

Put on the fixation briefs as you would normal underwear and insert the ABENA anatomical pad inside. Washable and reusable: machine wash according to the instructions on the packaging. Choose the size based on your hip circumference.
A good pair of fixation briefs is key to ensuring the pad stays securely in place and prevents leaks. Compared to normal underwear, they provide a better fit and are breathable; as they are washable, a single pair can be used many times.
