Complete dry food for adult dogs weighing over 25 kg, containing chicken, turkey, eggs and hake.
Acana Adult Large Breed is a complete dry food for adult dogs of large breeds weighing over 25 kg. It contains 60% animal-based ingredients and combines chicken, turkey, eggs, hake and herring.
It is designed to support the maintenance of adult large-breed dogs. Its protein content helps maintain muscle mass. The moderate fat content makes it easier to adjust the portion size to suit each dog’s weight and activity level.
The recipe begins with fresh and dehydrated chicken. It also contains lentils, peas, turkey, chickpeas, offal, eggs, hake, fish oil and herring. It is rounded off with seaweed, pumpkin, carrot, apple, pear, courgette, leafy greens, red berries and botanicals.
Calculate the portion size using the table on the packaging, based on your pet’s weight and activity level. Divide the daily amount into two meals. Monitor your pet’s weight and body condition to adjust the portions. It can be served dry or slightly moistened. Keep fresh water available.
It is designed for adult dogs weighing over 25 kg. It is not suitable for growing dogs. Dogs with obesity, joint problems or digestive needs may require an individualised feeding plan as advised by your vet.
Introduce any change in diet gradually. Avoid exceeding the daily ration when adding treats. Store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place. The recipe contains no added cereals, but is manufactured in facilities that process them.
