AML SPORT Glucomag 70/30 gel lemon flavour, 10 sachets of 30 ml

Glucomag® is a combination of fast and medium absorption carbohydrates, formulated to improve the athlete's performance and facilitate recovery. It contains maltodextrin (70%), which instantly provides an adequate level of glucose in the blood, as well as fructose (30%), which provides medium-term energy and liver glycogen storage. It also contains fructose (30%), which provides medium-term energy and liver glycogen storage. It also contains magnesium and potassium to prevent cramps, contractures and possible discomfort that the athlete may suffer during exercise.

How to use

Take 1 drinkable sachet (30 ml) during physical exercise. 1 drinkable sachet (30 ml) provides 50% of the NRV* of magnesium. Average contents per daily dose of 1 drinkable sachet (30 ml): potassium 379 mg (19% NRV*), magnesium 187 mg (50% NRV*).
