For adults only. - Dilute 1 measuring scoop per day in a large glass of water. It is recommended to take Arkoflex Collagen for several months. The Arkoflex Collagen range takes effect gradually. It is possible to use Arkoflex Chondro Aid Forte as a follow-up treatment. Pour one level measuring scoop (12 g) of powder into a large glass and add water (preferably cold, to improve solubility) and stir vigorously with a spoon or stirrer and allow to stand for a few moments before drinking the solution.
