Green Tea (70%), Hemp (10%), Mint and Lemon Peel
Measurement: Use 1 teaspoon per cup (200 ml). Water temperature: Pour hot water (just below boiling point, approximately 80°C). Avoid using boiling water to prevent the green tea leaves from becoming bitter. Steeping time: Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
