Cetaphil Cleansing Lotion, in its 473 ml size, is a facial and body cleansing lotion formulated to gently and effectively cleanse and moisturise the skin whilst removing dirt, impurities and make-up. Its creamy formula provides continuous moisturisation that protects against dryness.
Among its key active ingredients is niacinamide, found in vitamin B3, which has antioxidant properties that help prevent premature ageing of the skin. It also stimulates the production of lipids and the formation of collagen and elastin. Furthermore, the formula contains glycerine, which acts as a powerful humectant to promote moisture retention and boost the skin’s hydration.
Furthermore, Cetaphil lotion is enriched with panthenol, found in provitamin B5, which helps the skin appear smoother and more even-toned whilst improving its elasticity. It is an oil-free, soap-free cleanser that is highly tolerable. It effectively protects against signs of skin sensitivity such as irritation, dryness, roughness, tightness and a weakened skin barrier.

Farmaciasdirect recommends using this product daily. It is recommended for use in the mornings after showering, although it can be applied as often as required. Apply a small amount of cream to the skin and massage gently. When applied without water, any excess should be removed with a washcloth or cotton wool.
This product must be kept away from direct sources of heat and direct sunlight. It is free from parabens and gluten. It is free from sulphates and lactose. If you experience any adverse reaction, stop using the product and consult your dermatologist. Although it soothes skin irritation, it should not be used exclusively as a cream for nappy rash in babies.
