The 127 g Cetaphil Dermatological Soap Bar is ideal for cleansing dry and very sensitive skin without causing irritation. This dermatological soap bar is pH-neutral, leaves no greasy residue, and does not irritate or dry out the skin, leaving it soft, smooth and radiant.
Cetaphil Dermatological Soap (127 g) is a treatment specifically formulated for the daily cleansing of hypersensitive skin prone to dryness. This product is soap-free, is very gentle on the skin, contains moisturising ingredients and has a physiological pH that does not disrupt the skin’s natural balance. It gently cleanses the skin, leaving it smooth and deeply moisturised. Its formula includes coconut oil, which, thanks to its lauric acid content, has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties for the skin. This oil is rich in Omega-6 fatty acids and helps to retain water molecules in the skin. It also contains stearic acid, an odourless, whitish compound with surfactant, emollient and skin-protective properties.
Furthermore, it contains glycerine, which nourishes the skin and helps to combat ageing, reduce sagging and protect the skin from pollution. It also includes geraniol, which acts as a cleanser, toner and astringent, helping to prevent the formation of expression lines. It also contains citronellol, an aromatic alcohol with a light, fresh floral scent. This ingredient is used to enhance the fragrance of the dermatological cream, as it has low skin permeability and helps the scent last longer. Finally, there is petrolatum, whose main components are paraffin and microcrystalline wax. Petrolatum helps to reduce skin dryness and soothes irritation caused by chafing.
