Per two softgels: krill oil 1,000 mg, omega-3 175 mg, EPA 120 mg, DHA 55 mg, phospholipids 400 mg and astaxanthin 80 µg; gelatine, glycerine and flavouring.
Take one or two capsules a day, preferably in the morning.
