1–2 servings of 230 ml per day. To prepare a 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (the tin includes a scoop) or 53.5 g of Ensure NutriVigor. Stir or shake gently to dissolve the powder. One tin contains approximately eight 230 ml servings. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Avoid taking this product alongside medicines and other fibre-based food supplements.
