Apply to the affected area, before or after exercise, massaging gently until fully absorbed.
Ingredients: Aqua, caprylic/capric triglyceride, butylene glycol, glyceryl stearate, Helianthus annuus seed oil, menthol, PEG-100 stearate, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, Arnica montana flower extract, carbomer, Calendula officinalis flower extract, acrylates/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer, Boswellia serrata resin extract, sodium hydroxide, ethylhexylglycerin, PEG-8, sodium hyaluronate, tocopherol, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid, ascorbic acid.
