Fisiogen Pregnancy Plus 30 capsules is a food supplement formulated to meet nutritional needs during pregnancy. Fisiogen Pregnancy Plus is a food supplement specially developed to support women before, during and after pregnancy. Its formula provides a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids that help meet the increased nutritional requirements typical of this stage, both for the mother’s health and for the baby’s proper development.
It is intended to supplement a woman’s diet during preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding – stages in which the need for certain nutrients increases significantly. It helps ensure an adequate intake of folic acid, iron, iodine, DHA and B vitamins – key nutrients for the development of the baby’s nervous system and for the mother’s wellbeing.
Plant-based Omega-3 DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and vision of the foetus and breastfed infant, provided the mother consumes the recommended daily amount of this nutrient.
Quatrefolic® folic acid, an active form of folate with high bioavailability, contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and to the normal formation of blood cells.
Sucrosome iron uses a technology designed to promote good absorption and high digestive tolerance, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue and supporting the normal transport of oxygen in the body.
Iodine contributes to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland, whilst zinc, selenium, copper and the complete vitamin complex (vitamins A, C, D3, E, K and B vitamins) contribute to normal energy metabolism, the functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
It comes in a pack of 30 soft capsules, which are easy to swallow, making for convenient daily administration. Furthermore, it is a gluten-free and lactose-free product, suitable for people with these intolerances.

Take 1 soft capsule a day, preferably with a meal and a glass of water, or follow the instructions of your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
