García 1880 Extendable Walking Stick with Italian/Mexican Flag Handle is an extendable walking stick from the GARCÍA 1880 brand. It is a technical aid that makes walking easier, increases stability and reduces fatigue whilst walking.
Recommended for people who have difficulty walking due to weakness, osteoarthritis, arthritis or other conditions affecting one or both legs, or who are recovering from an injury or operation.

Adjust the height so that your elbow is slightly bent when you rest your hand on it. Hold it with the hand opposite the affected leg and walk forwards, supporting yourself with it alongside that leg.
Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity. Do not use if the tip is worn, or on very uneven or slippery surfaces.
Clean with a damp cloth; do not immerse in water. Check the adjustment mechanism and replace the rubber tip when it is worn.
