Gema Herrerías Magnesio Global is a triple-magnesium food supplement containing 60 capsules. It combines Albion® magnesium bisglycinate, Sucrosomial® magnesium and DL-malate, as well as taurine and active vitamin B6. Each two capsules provide 200 mg of magnesium. It contains magnesium bisglycinate and is recommended for periods of tiredness or increased physical and mental exertion.
Gema Herrerías Magnesio Global contains 60 capsules and combines three sources of magnesium using gh MultiMag Synergy® technology. It is designed for periods of fatigue, increased physical or mental demands, or diets low in this mineral.
A dose of two capsules provides 200 mg of magnesium, equivalent to 53.3 per cent of the reference intake. Three capsules provide 300 mg, equivalent to 80 per cent. The presence of magnesium bisglycinate allows different salts to be combined in a single dose.
Two capsules provide 200 mg of taurine and 2 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. The mineral also contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and the nervous system.
Take two capsules a day with water, preferably with a meal. The manufacturer recommends taking three capsules during periods of increased physical demand. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not recommended for severe kidney failure or dialysis; in cases of mild or moderate kidney failure, consult a doctor. It is suitable for vegans and is gluten- and lactose-free.
