Per capsule: L. acidophilus 200 million, B. bifidum 150 million, L. casei 150 million, fennel 150 mg, mint 130 mg, cardamom 50 mg, lemon balm 30 mg, camomile 30 mg, ginger 10 mg, cumin 2 mg and clove 1 mg.
Take two capsules a day, spread out before main meals.
