Kativa’s Vegan Brazilian Xpress Keratin Straightening Kit is a do-it-yourself straightening treatment for use at home that delivers professional results. Its glyoxylic acid-based formula — FORMALDEHYDE-FREE — penetrates every strand of hair and ensures perfectly straight hair for up to 12 weeks without damaging it. The vegan formula contains cocoa and shea butter and is enriched with a double dose of plant-based keratin to protect the hair fibre whilst restoring shine, moisture and softness, leaving hair manageable with natural movement. 1. Wash your hair with shampoo only and dry it completely.
2. Apply the treatment mask and leave on for 15 minutes; comb out any excess.
3. Dry whilst brushing.
4. Straighten section by section.
5. Rinse with water, wash with shampoo and apply conditioner.
6. Blow-dry and you’re done.
Precautions: wear suitable gloves. Avoid contact between the treatment mask and the scalp, skin and eyes; if contact occurs, it may cause a stinging sensation and sensitivity, which will subside once the process is complete. In the event of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor if it persists. Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not use on children under three years of age. For external use only. This product may lighten the colour of dyed hair; if you wish to dye your hair again, this can be done immediately after straightening.
