Ingredients per tablet: valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis) 200 mg, coating agent (sucrose, talc), bulking agent (lactose), stabilisers (microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone), coating agent (acacia gum), colouring agent (titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), coating agent (shellac), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), coating agent (polyethylene glycol 6000, carnauba wax and beeswax).
To help you relax in cases of temporary stress: 2 tablets 3 times a day. To promote sleep: 2 tablets 30–60 minutes before going to bed. If necessary, take 2 additional tablets in the afternoon. 2–6 tablets a day: 400–1,200 mg of valerian. Important: Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
