Beta (1,3).(1,6) Glucan (Agaricus bioporus), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), dry grape extract 60% (Vitis vinífera, skin and seeds), tannic acid 60%, zinc gluconate, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids) and sodium selenite.
Take one or two capsules a day.
