LETIAT4 Shower gel with an oily texture for daily hygiene of atopic and very dry skin. Gently cleanses without irritating, soothes itching and helps maintain the skin's natural lipids. Its formula combines moisturising active ingredients and natural oils that strengthen the skin barrier, together with a prebiotic that helps balance the skin's microflora.
