Nacetylcysteine (NAC) is a derivative of the amino acid cysteine and a direct precursor of glutathione, the body's master antioxidant. Each capsule provides 600 mg of NAC in a vegetarian, gluten- and lactose-free format. Its powerful antioxidant action helps neutralise free radicals, protect tissues against oxidative damage and support the immune system. It also supports respiratory health by fluidifying secretions and supporting lung function and contributes to liver detoxification by increasing glutathione reserves. It is manufactured in the European Union under GMP and ISO standards.
Take 2 to 3 capsules per day. 1 capsule is recommended in the morning for energy and electrolyte balance and 2 capsules in the evening to promote neuromuscular relaxation and restful sleep.
