Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles, the nervous system and psychological function. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal energy metabolism, whilst vitamin B2 helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Contains magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide, passionflower extract, vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6 and B12, sorbitol, sucralose, blueberry flavouring and an anti-caking agent. Each sachet provides 400 mg of magnesium, 1.1 mg of B1, 1.4 mg of B2, 6 mg of B5, 2.8 mg of B6, 2.5 µg of B12 and 50 mg of passionflower.
Take one sachet a day, preferably in the evening. Open the sachet and place the granules on your tongue. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
