Mayla Pharma Kreaflora junior is a strawberry flavoured compound in a presentation of 10 sticks to treat and prevent acute diarrhoea in children. It contains prebiotics and probiotics, vitamins and minerals that help to restore the microflora.

Mayla Pharma Kreaflora is a treatment to relieve and prevent severe childhood diarrhoea and diarrhoea caused by taking antibiotics. These diarrhoeal conditions are usually characterised by more than 3 bowel movements a day, loss of appetite, loose or very liquid stools and abdominal pain. Mayla Pharma works by absorbing fluids, strengthening the body's defence system and repopulating the bacterial microflora in the stomach and intestines.
L-boulardii, a probiotic micro-organism resistant to acids and room temperature, has been integrated into its composition. It is not altered by bacterial agents with the ability to retain liquids. On the other hand, there is inulin, which facilitates lactose digestion and protects against diarrhoea, intestinal inflammation and irritable bowel syndrome.
This component stimulates slow fermentation to provide nutrients to the bifidobacteria present in all segments of the colon. It also includes prebiotic fibre (FOS) which promotes the proliferation of healthy bacterial species and improves intestinal transit. FOS fibre or fructo-oligosaccharides promote the growth of beneficial bacterial flora and inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, such as escherichia coli or salmonella. They also help to reduce digestive disorders such as excessive gas and constipation.
Its composition also includes lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, a bacterium naturally found in the intestines. It prevents the growth of harmful bacteria and diarrhoeal conditions in babies and children. It also benefits from vitamins B6 and D3 which contribute to the proper functioning of children's immune systems when they suffer from gastrointestinal infections.
This product is suitable for children over 3 years of age with symptoms of acute diarrhoea or diarrhoea caused by taking antibiotics. It is also suitable for those who have difficulty metabolising glucose and for people who are intolerant or allergic to lactose or gluten.
1 stick should be taken directly or diluted in a glass of water, juice, yoghurt or chopped fruit before or during one of the main meals of the day. If the child suffers from gastritis caused by taking antibiotics, it is recommended to take the stick at least 2 hours before or after the antibiotic.
Kreaflora junior is not suitable for children under 3 years of age or for those with allergic reactions or intolerance to any of its components.
