Medicube’s Exosome Shot Pore Serum 2000 is a high-performance serum formulated to visibly improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of enlarged pores and enhance radiance. Its formula combines advanced biotechnology and dermatological active ingredients in a lightweight, effective solution suitable for sensitive skin. It contains 2000 ppm of exosomes, natural lipid vesicles that promote cell regeneration and boost skin firmness. Its action is enhanced by spicules (natural micro-needles derived from sea sponges), which create microscopic channels in the epidermis to improve the penetration of the active ingredients. Clinical studies show a 21.1% reduction in visible pores after a single use. It also contains niacinamide to even out skin tone and brighten the complexion, glycerine to maintain hydration, and a complex of botanical extracts with a soothing effect. Its water-based texture is quickly absorbed without leaving any residue, making it easy to incorporate into any skincare routine. Carry out a patch test on the forearm before first use. Use only on healthy skin. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin, skin with medical conditions (rosacea, dermatitis, etc.) or following procedures such as laser treatments, medical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning or recent shaving. Avoid the eye and lip areas. You may experience a tingling sensation or a feeling of ‘micro-pricks’ after application; this is a normal characteristic of the product, does not indicate a fault or poor storage, and usually subsides after a few moments. If the discomfort is severe or persistent, or if severe redness, a burning sensation or itching occurs, rinse off with water, discontinue use and consider consulting a doctor depending on the severity. Introduce gradually (2–3 nights a week) and do not combine with potent exfoliants during the same time window; nor, in the same application, with active ingredients such as exfoliating acids, retinoids or low-pH vitamin C. Do not rub excessively when applying; apply gently. Whilst using this product, daily SPF 50+ sun protection is essential, and it is recommended to complement this with sun-avoidance measures such as wearing a hat and seeking shade. Directions for use

Full application: After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to the face, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Follow with a moisturiser. Targeted application: On areas with visible pores or uneven texture, apply locally and press lightly with your fingertips to aid absorption. Tip: You may experience a slight tingling sensation after application; this is completely normal. When using AGE-R devices, apply after the Air Shot mode.
