Neo Peques Omega 3 is a food supplement designed to provide children with the nutrients they need for the proper development and maintenance of their skin. As it contains essential fatty acids, it helps to improve concentration and memory.
Neo Peques Omega 3 is a food supplement developed by the Neo brand using highly tolerable ingredients to create a formula suitable for children, even the very youngest. Its main function is to provide the body with Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and other vitamins essential for the nutrition and proper functioning of the skin.
Furthermore, its Omega-3 content supports children’s mental and cognitive functions, helping them to concentrate better. It has a rich strawberry flavour and aroma, making it more appealing to children’s palates.
Its main component is fish oil, specifically from tuna. This ingredient provides a source of omega-3 (DHA) and another essential fatty acid, EPA, as well as other equally necessary nutrients. It undergoes a deodorisation process to remove the fishy smell and taste.
It is also enriched with vitamins A and C, and with other components that help to moisturise the skin. It contains a sweetener made from unrefined natural sugars – agave syrup – which does not increase the risk of tooth decay or cause blood sugar spikes.
Suitable for children of all ages, although for children under 3 years of age it is advisable to consult a doctor or specialist pharmacist first. It has been formulated primarily for hyperactive children, those with poor concentration and those with symptoms of atopic skin conditions. Its use is recommended to prevent atopic flare-ups from becoming very severe and recurrent.
The recommended daily dose is 0.5 ml per kg of body weight, with a maximum intake of 20 ml per day.
Once the container has been opened, it must be refrigerated. However, whilst unopened, it is advisable to store it at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees. This product must never be used as a substitute for meals or a balanced diet. Never exceed the maximum daily dose.
