1. Wash the area and dry it carefully.
2. Check that there are no traces of oil or cream around the blister.
3. Remove the backing strip without touching the adhesive.
4. Apply the plaster firmly and smooth it down all around the edges.
5. Leave it in place until it comes off naturally.

When removing it, gently stretch it along the skin. Do not peel it off vertically.
