It also contains vitamin B1, 1.10 mg; vitamin B2, 1.12 mg; and vitamin B6, 1.12 mg. The composition is rounded off with fructose, pollen, concentrated blackcurrant, blueberry and raspberry juices, carrot fibre, arabinogalactans and honeys from various floral sources. It includes ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopherol and flavourings containing essential oils of lemon, grapefruit, mint and celery.

Adults should take 10 ml a day, equivalent to two teaspoons. It can be taken on its own or mixed with other liquids. The presence of yeast may cause excessive foaming, but this does not affect the product’s intended use.
