Pileje Chronobiane Instant is a product formulated for people suffering from insomnia or experiencing drastic changes to their sleep patterns. This supplement contains melatonin and hawthorn extract, two key ingredients for relaxing the body.
Hawthorn is a plant with calming properties. This ingredient works on the nervous system to relax the muscles and tissues. The advantage of this active ingredient is that, being natural, the body accepts it easily with a minimal risk of allergic reactions.
When a person suffers from insomnia, apart from other external factors, it is because the body cannot produce melatonin (it does produce it, but in very small quantities). This hormone is responsible for inhibiting certain functions in the brain to ensure truly restorative sleep. What this product does is provide an ideal amount of this hormone, which largely supplements the body’s natural production.
Another very important benefit of this product is that it does not easily lead to addiction or dependence. It simply helps people to fall asleep more easily. Furthermore, the body gradually regains its ability to produce adequate levels of melatonin.
