Pileje Phytostandard Eschscholtzia & Valerian is a food supplement that combines the relaxing and sedative properties of eschscholtzia and valerian. It is formulated in tablet form and is used to help calm stress, anxiety and promote restful sleep. The instructions for use of this product are to take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime. It is recommended to be taken with a glass of water.
