The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, for at least 3 to 6 months. Form of administration: the capsules should preferably be taken whole, during meals, with liquid (water, fruit juices, etc.).
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of young children. The intake of iron (one of the nutrients) may cause the stools to take on a darker colour than usual.
This product can be taken by a person with coeliac disease, egg allergy/intolerance, milk protein allergy or lactose intolerance.
Contains aspartame (source of phenylalanine).
