Supplementing our diet with SILICOMPLEX PLANTIS has been shown to be effective in relieving joint and muscle discomfort caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatic conditions and physical activity.

 


Taking it helps prevent the effects of ageing, such as reduced bone density, sagging tissues and a loss of muscle mass.

 


Directions for use

 


Take 1 to 2 measures 20 minutes on an empty stomach, before breakfast. Each measure is equivalent to 30 ml.
