The Plantis Vitamin B Complex dietary supplement is a product made with a wide variety of ingredients that provide a high content of various B vitamins. The amount is such that a single capsule can provide the recommended daily allowance (RDA).

The vitamins provided by this supplement support a wide range of functions within the human body. Among the most notable are the following:

• Folic acid, or vitamin B9, is a coenzyme essential for the formation of haemoglobin and structural proteins.

• Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, aids the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, facilitating their absorption. Furthermore, it is an essential element for growth (in children) and even for tissue maintenance (in adults and older adults).

• Vitamin B12 is an essential element in the formation of nucleoproteins, proteins and red blood cells. It also supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and is involved in DNA synthesis.

It is primarily recommended for adults suffering from a significant deficiency in B vitamins. It is suitable for children and adolescents, but they do not usually suffer from a deficiency in these nutrients, unless they have a very unbalanced diet.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably first thing in the morning, with your first meal. Swallow with a glass of water; do not chew or break the capsule.

Never exceed the recommended daily dose, nor take 2 capsules if you missed the previous day’s dose. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Store the capsules in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture.

The nutritional values provided by each capsule of the product are as follows:

• 1.1 mg of vitamin B1.

• 1.4 mg of vitamin B2.

• 1.4 mg of vitamin B6.

• 6 mg of pantothenic acid.

• 2.5 mcg of vitamin B12.

• 80 mg of vitamin C.

• 12 mg of vitamin E.

• 50 mcg of biotin.

• 16 mg of vitamin B3.

• 200 mcg of vitamin B9.
