Royal Canin Hypoallergenic Small Dog is a diet specially formulated for adult small breed dogs under 10kg who are hypersensitive to ordinary feed. Thanks to this dietary formula, your dog's intolerance to ingredients and nutrients is reduced and you can save yourself the trouble of buying special ingredients and cooking your pet's food every day. This food belongs to Royal Canin's Vet Diet range and contains selected sources of protein and carbohydrates.

It is suitable for elimination diets, food allergies with dermatological or gastrointestinal signs, food intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, chronic diarrhoea and bacterial overgrowth, but is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating bitches and puppies. Its specific nutrient content contributes to the maintenance of dental hygiene, controlling tartar build-up common in small breeds.

It also reduces trans-epidermal water loss by reinforcing the skin barrier thanks to its high amounts of B vitamins and essential fatty acids, all of which are necessary for excellent skin health. In addition, it is a diet that promotes low-saturated urine and therefore prevents the formation of stones. Hydrolysed proteins of low molecular weight are responsible for making this food hypoallergenic and, as it is highly digestible, it protects the intestinal mucosa of dogs.
