Gestarelle G+ is a food supplement specifically formulated to meet women’s nutritional needs from preconception, throughout pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Its formula combines vitamins, minerals, trace elements and omega-3 fatty acids, providing nutrients that are particularly important during these stages.
Among its main components is vitamin B9 in the form of 5-MTHF (Quatrefolic®), equivalent to 400 µg of folic acid. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, making its intake particularly important from the moment pregnancy is planned.
The formula also contains fish oil rich in omega-3, with approximately 202 mg of DHA per capsule. It also provides iron, iodine, zinc, magnesium, copper, selenium, chromium and various vitamins from groups B, D and E, offering a comprehensive combination tailored to the specific nutritional needs of this stage.
Gestarelle G+ is recommended as a dietary supplement for women trying to conceive, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. Its composition helps to provide essential nutrients for which there may be increased requirements during these periods.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Iodine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal production of thyroid hormones, whilst vitamin D contributes to the normal maintenance of bones and the normal functioning of the immune system.

Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water. It can be taken from the moment you start planning a pregnancy and continued throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, following the advice of your healthcare professional.
When planning a pregnancy, it is particularly important to ensure an adequate intake of folic acid. It is recommended that you consult your doctor, pharmacist or midwife before starting any food supplement during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, especially if you are taking any medication.
If you are taking levothyroxine, it is recommended that you leave a gap of more than 2 hours between taking Gestarelle G+ and your medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
