Solgar Prenatal Multivitamin 60 vegetarian capsules is a food supplement intended for women who are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant or are breastfeeding. It contains vitamins, minerals, folate, iron, choline, DHA from microalgae and phytonutrients.
It is a multi-nutrient complex containing Metafolin, Gentle Iron, Ester-C, AvailOM plant-based DHA and the Oxxynea fruit and vegetable blend. The pack contains 60 capsules and the recommended dose is two capsules a day.
It is designed to supplement the diet during stages of life with specific nutritional requirements. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. Iron plays a role in the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
It also contains iodine, choline and DHA derived from the microalga Schizochytrium, as well as vitamins C, D3, E, K2 and the B vitamins.

Take two capsules a day, preferably with a meal. Swallow with water or another drink. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
