Per tablet: valerian extract 450 mg, standardised to 0.4% valerenic acids; passionflower extract 50 mg, standardised to 2% flavonoids; and hawthorn extract 60 mg, standardised to 2% flavonoids.
The pack of 120 tablets is designed for long-term daily use. The formulation does not contain melatonin and combines three herbal extracts with quantities and standardisations defined per dose.
Take one tablet a day before going to bed with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
