It contains vitamins A, E, C, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, B5, biotin and folic acid. It also contains minerals such as zinc, potassium, manganese, copper, molybdenum and chromium.
Its effervescent format makes it easy to swallow, as it dissolves quickly in water and gives it a pleasant lemon flavour. It can also be chewed, although this method reduces its effectiveness compared to taking it dissolved in water.
Its high micronutrient content allows it to make up for the lack of certain elements that are most rapidly depleted in times of mental stress and physical fatigue. It therefore helps to alleviate the tiredness felt after demanding physical or mental activity.
