Virbac for dogs: Floragest for dogs weighing 15 to 35 kg contains 30 chews. This dog supplement combines prebiotics and postbiotics to support the microbiota, gut health and digestive balance. The recommended dosage is one soft chew per day for 30 days.
Floragest M contains 30 soft treats tailored to the medium weight range. The combination of prebiotics and postbiotics supports the gut microbiota and helps maintain consistent stools. It can also be used during changes in diet or situations that disrupt the gut balance.
Baobab and acacia gum provide fermentable fibre for beneficial bacteria. YANG yeast derivatives and inactivated Lactobacillus helveticus HA-122 act as postbiotics. As they do not contain live microorganisms, they remain stable throughout the digestive tract.
The composition includes glycerine, pre-gelatinised rice, pea protein, products derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Cyberlindnera jadinii (8.5 per cent), plant-based derivatives, dehydrated baobab pulp (5 per cent), pregelatinised maize starch, refined sunflower oil, soya protein concentrate, yeasts, maltodextrin, barley malt, buffered distilled white vinegar, sugars, minerals and inactivated Lactobacillus helveticus (1.1 per cent). Acacia gum is included as an emulsifier.
Give one chew per day by mouth for 30 days. You can give it as a treat or add it to their food. Store the unopened jar in a dry place at room temperature. Keep the product out of sight and out of reach of children.
Variant M ensures you do not use a chew intended for a different weight category. Within the Virbac dog range, it offers a simple regimen to support the gut microbiota. Consult your vet if symptoms persist.
