1. Carefully wash and dry the lower denture before applying the adhesive pad.
2. Peel off the two protective films from the pad.
3. Place the pad onto the lower denture and press firmly.
4. Ensure there are no air bubbles.
5. If necessary, trim the pad with scissors to fit the size of the denture.
6. Place the denture in your mouth and apply pressure by biting down firmly.
7. For best results, wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking.
