L-glutamine, maltodextrin, citric acid, natural lemon flavouring, steviol glycosides, zinc sulphate and vitamin D (as cholecalciferol).
Dissolve 2.5 g in 100 ml of water or 5 g in 200 ml. Mix and consume immediately.
