Acana Feline Adult Homestead Pack 2 x 1.8 kg cat food

Acana Homestead Harvest is a complete dry food for adult cats. It contains 65 per cent animal-based ingredients and combines chicken, turkey, eggs and duck with oats, pulses, fruit and vegetables. It contains no soya, maize, tapioca or wheat.

It is designed for the daily maintenance of adult cats. Its proteins help maintain muscle mass. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids support healthy skin and coat. Taurine, EPA and DHA provide essential nutrients for cats.

• 34% crude protein and 16% fat.
• Fresh chicken as the first ingredient.
• Oats as a cereal in the recipe.
• 0.1% taurine and added EPA and DHA.
• Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and Enterococcus faecium.

The list begins with fresh chicken, dehydrated chicken and turkey, oats and peas. It also contains chicken fat, eggs, turkey, fish oil, duck and offal. It is rounded off with pulses, seaweed, pumpkin and red berries. It provides 2.8 per cent omega-6 and 0.5 per cent omega-3.

Serve the amount indicated in the table on the packaging according to your cat’s weight and body condition. Divide the daily ration into two meals. Monitor your cat’s weight regularly and adjust the amount for neutered cats or those with lower activity levels. Ensure fresh water is available at all times.

It is intended for adult cats. It is not the brand’s specific option for kittens. If your cat requires a grain-free diet, has a poultry allergy or is following a veterinary prescription, check the ingredients with a professional.

Make the transition to this food gradually. Do not exceed the recommended portion size without taking the cat’s weight into account. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat and moisture.
