Applaws Cat Tinned Fish Selection in Sauce Multipack, 12 x 70 g

It is an assortment of complementary wet food, not a complete diet. It includes four tins of tuna fillet, four of tuna with prawns and four of tuna with mackerel. The brand describes its recipes as made with natural, grain-free ingredients.

Tuna is the main ingredient in all three varieties. The selection adds prawns or mackerel to two of them to offer a variety of flavours whilst staying within the same format.

This format allows you to incorporate wet food into your cat’s usual diet and offer different recipes throughout the week. The sauce and moisture content add liquid to the meal. This does not replace constant access to fresh water.

As this is a complementary food, it should be combined with a complete and balanced diet. It can also be used as an occasional treat or as an accompaniment to complete dry food.

• Variety in a single pack: contains three recipes, with four tins of each.
• Tuna as a base: provides 45 per cent in the tuna variety and 40 per cent in the recipes with prawns or mackerel.
• 70 g portions: the individual tins make it easy to serve the intended amount without having to open the whole multipack.
• Grain-free recipes: the declared ingredients include potato and a vegetable thickener to achieve the sauce-like texture.
• Moisture content: wet food helps to increase the fluid intake in the daily ration.

The box contains twelve tins across three varieties:

• 4 tins of tuna fillet in sauce.
• 4 tins of tuna fillet with prawns in sauce.
• 4 tins of tuna fillet with mackerel in sauce.

This mix allows you to alternate between fish, seafood and oily fish without having to buy each flavour separately.

• Tuna fillet: tuna fillet 45 per cent, potato starch and vegetable gelling agent.
• Tuna with prawns: tuna fillet 40 per cent, prawns 5 per cent, potato starch and vegetable gelling agent.
• Tuna with mackerel: tuna fillet 40%, mackerel 5%, potato starch and vegetable gelling agent.

The ingredients list corresponds to the product range with reference number 1253ML-A. The brand presents this as a grain-free product made solely from the ingredients listed.

Serve the food at room temperature. The brand recommends up to two tins a day, depending on the cat’s size. Adjust the amount to suit the rest of its diet and always follow the instructions on the packaging.

Keep fresh, clean water within reach. To determine the total daily ration, take into account your cat’s weight, age, activity level and the energy content of the complete food with which it is combined.

It is intended for adult cats that eat complementary wet food and tolerate its ingredients. It may be suitable when looking for a selection of fish in sauce in individual portions.

It is not specifically intended for kittens. If your cat is on a veterinary diet or needs to control specific nutrients, consult a vet first.

• Do not use this as the sole source of nutrition, as it is a complementary food.
• Check the ingredients if your cat has a sensitivity to fish, prawns, potatoes or vegetable gelling agents.
• Adjust the portion size if your cat also eats dry food, other wet foods or treats.
• Introduce dietary changes gradually to monitor your cat’s tolerance.
