Water, hydrolysed collagen, erythritol, citric acid, glucosamine hydrochloride, MSM, flavourings, L-carnitine, vitamin C, vitamin E with soya lecithin, fish chondroitin sulphate, malic acid, magnesium chloride, ginger extract, manganese gluconate, maca extract, hyaluronic acid, steviol glycosides, vitamins B12, B6, B1 and D, and black pepper extract.
Shake well before use. Take one sachet a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
