Creatine Monohydrate 2,00 g
Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to mix 1 to 2 level measuring scoops per day with a glass of fruit juice or other carbohydrate-rich beverage, stir briefly and drink. Initially, take 10 measuring spoonfuls (= approximately 20 grams) daily for five days, spread over the course of the day. Then 4 measuring spoons (= approximately 8 grams) for five days and then 1 to 2 measuring spoons (= approximately 2 to 4 grams) daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. One measuring spoon included. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
