Colgate Duraphat 5000 ppm is suitable for adults and teenagers aged 16 and over who are at high risk of tooth decay, people with active or recent tooth decay, patients with exposed tooth roots, those wearing orthodontic appliances, and people with xerostomia (dry mouth) or special needs for enamel protection.
Brush your teeth with Colgate Duraphat 5000 ppm three times a day, or as directed by your dentist. Apply a sufficient amount of toothpaste to the brush and brush for approximately three minutes, spending about 30 seconds on each quadrant of the mouth. Spit out any excess after brushing and avoid rinsing thoroughly to allow the fluoride to work for longer.
This toothpaste contains a high concentration of fluoride and should therefore only be used on the advice of a dentist. It is not suitable for children under 16 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
