Per tablet:In the immediate release layer: GABA (100 mg), melatonin (1 mg); in the first extended release: ginkgo extract (120 mg), vitamin B5 (6 mg), vitamin B6 (1.4 mg); in the second extended release: turmeric extract (20 mg), hyaluronic acid (5 mg), melatonin (o.85 mg), biotin (50 mcg), vitamin D (5 mcg).
