The Durcal Watch is designed to provide peace of mind for the wearer and their family. This smartwatch automatically detects falls, allows you to communicate directly with emergency services or family members through its microphone and speaker, and displays real-time GPS location through the Durcal App.

Thanks to its built-in health sensor, the watch measures heart rate, blood oxygen, heart rate and steps walked, helping to monitor the wearer's daily well-being. It also allows you to set medication reminders and receive alerts when you enter or leave safe areas, such as your home or usual places.

The Durcal Watch includes a SIM card with mobile connection and unlimited data, so it does not require WiFi or home internet connection. It works throughout Spain and is easily linked to the Durcal mobile app, available for iOS and Android.

When a fall is detected or the help button is pressed, the emergency centre contacts the Durcal Clock to deal with the incident.

The device has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing faults, during which it will be replaced by a new one in case of problems. In addition, the battery comes with a 12-month warranty.

  • SIM with 12 months of service already installed: ready to make emergency calls and send alerts to designated contacts.
  • 12 months of Movistar Prosegur Telecare service: professional attention with contact alerts and direct coordination with emergency services.
  • Easy configuration: the watch arrives with the SIM card already installed and configured; you only need to download the app.
  • Welcome card with activation phone number: when you receive the watch you will have to call this number to activate the subscription. An agent will guide you step by step and answer all your questions.
  • Warranty: the device is guaranteed for 3 years against manufacturing faults (replaced by a new one in case of problems). The battery is guaranteed for 12 months.

Instructions for use
  1. Charge the watch fully before using it for the first time.
  2. Pair it with the Durcal App using the code or the steps indicated in the installation guide.
  3. Place it on the user's wrist, making sure it fits snugly.
  4. In case of emergency, press and hold the help button for 3 seconds to contact the Emergency Centre.
  5. If a fall is detected, the watch will start a 10-second countdown before automatically alerting emergency services.
  6. From the App, family members can view GPS location, communicate with the watch, monitor vital signs and set reminders.
