The Durcal Watch is designed to provide peace of mind for both the wearer and their family. This smartwatch automatically detects falls, allows the wearer to communicate directly with the emergency services or family members via its microphone and speaker, and displays the wearer’s real-time GPS location via the Durcal App.

Thanks to its built-in health sensor, the watch measures pulse, blood oxygen levels, heart rate and steps taken, helping to monitor the user’s daily wellbeing. It also allows you to set medication reminders and receive alerts when the wearer enters or leaves safe zones, such as their home or usual haunts.

The Durcal Watch includes a SIM card with mobile connectivity and unlimited data, so it does not require Wi-Fi or a home internet connection. It works throughout Spain and pairs easily with the Durcal mobile app, available for iOS and Android.

When a fall is detected or the help button is pressed, the emergency centre contacts the user via the Durcal Watch to deal with the incident.

  • Welcome card with activation number: upon receiving the watch, you’ll need to call this number to activate your subscription. An agent will guide you step by step and answer any questions you may have.

Instructions for Use
  1. Fully charge the watch before using it for the first time.
  2. Pair it with the Durcal app using the code or following the steps in the installation guide.
  3. Place it on the user’s wrist, ensuring it fits snugly.
  4. In an emergency, press and hold the help button for 3 seconds to contact the Emergency Call Centre.
  5. If a fall is detected, the watch will start a 10-second countdown before automatically alerting the emergency services.
  6. Via the app, family members can view the GPS location, communicate with the watch, monitor vital signs and set reminders.
