Per capsule: calaguala 300 mg, MSM 150 mg, caper 70 mg, goldenseal 70 mg, blackcurrant 50 mg, quercetin 30 mg, liquorice 30 mg and nettle 20 mg.
Take one capsule a day with water during a meal.
